Two people, including a well-known cardiologist of Indian origin, were killed when a small plane crashed in the US state of California, and the crash caused a fire in nearby houses, causing considerable damage. According to reports, Dr Sugata Das, who worked as an interventional cardiologist at Yuma Regional Medical Center (YRMC) in Arizona, had a two-engine Cessna C340 aircraft.
